How do I return an item?
All orders come with a 30 day from the date of purchase return/refund policy. In order to return an item for either an exchange, store credit or a full refund, you must contact customer service to obtain a Return Authorization Number via the Contact Us page. You must provide your order number in order for an RMA number to be issued. For return reasons such as item damaged or wrong item received, a full replacement or refund will be sent promptly at no additional cost. In the event you are dissatisfied with your fragrance selection or ordered the wrong item, a replacement or store credit will be issued for the item. If you choose to return an item you are dissatisfied with, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable. We may require additional information or details that will be determined at the time of the request.
